Why mindfulness?

How do you measure a successful life? While it helps (a lot) to have money, work success and obtain things you want, without joy, are we successful?

Being alive is hard. Life is full of ups and downs. All people experience a wide range of emotions and experiences. Mindfulness teaches us to be present with them all in a compassionate way.

Mindfulness practices help folks to navigate the difficulties of being a human such as change, divorce, illness, death, conflict and more. They also help folks to be fully present in the joy of being alive.

Mindfulness also has the beneift of having a major impact on your physical health. Decrease in anxiety and depression, lowered blood pressure, less inflammation, better sleep, better gut health, better heart health, and overall increase in regulation.

What You Learn

We’ve heard your requests for advanced options. 2023-2024 live sessions will have two options, beginner and advanced. Expect longer meditations and more indepth coverage of content in the advanced options. Feel free to attend either/both no matter your experience.

View the live session schedule as well as the additional resources you will have access to by previewing the curriculum tab on the E-Course page!
