Danielle Brunson, Ed.S
Educator. Mindfulness Teacher. Builder of things that actually help kids.
The Short Version
Danielle Brunson is an Ed.S, E-RYT 500 certified yoga teacher, MBSR practitioner, and MMTCP-trained mindfulness teacher — certified through the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley. She is the co-founder and CEO of TNP Wellness and the co-creator of Weflection, a research-backed social-emotional learning platform built for adolescents in grades 7–12.
She has spent 15+ years in classrooms and school leadership — and the last seven building SEL programs that have reached over 100,000 students. Her work is grounded in DBT, Polyvagal Theory, and CASEL-aligned frameworks. It’s also grounded in the reality of what actually happens when a teenager is having a hard day and no one knows what to do.

Danielle’s path into wellness wasn’t a straight line — it was built through years of direct work with students, teachers, and families who needed tools that were accessible, culturally relevant, and backed by real science. That experience is the foundation of everything TNP Wellness produces.
