Your Guide: Ian Elmore-Moore

Learn from Ian Elmore-Moore, known as the “Mindset Coach,” a certified RYT since 2016 with a rich background in mindset education, yoga, and community service. Originally from Newark, New Jersey, Ian has dedicated his life to serving others. His diverse experience includes roles as CEO of Noble Truth LLC, Executive Director of the Noble Truth Project Inc., and Senior Director at the Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change. As a two-time nominee for district Teacher of the Year, Ian brings a wealth of knowledge in education and child development to his yoga instruction.

Ian is the founder of “Real Men Do Yoga,” a series designed to introduce males of all ages to the benefits of yoga and mindfulness. With his extensive background in gang prevention and mindset education, Ian offers a unique perspective on creating safe, empowering yoga experiences for children, especially those who may have experienced trauma.

A proud Morehouse College alumnus, Ian lives in Atlanta with his wife, two young boys, and yorkie-poodle, embodying the balance of professional expertise and personal understanding that makes him an ideal guide for this transformative journey into trauma-informed kids yoga.
