ASANA: YTT Module TNP Wellness 200-Hour YAECP® Teacher Training
The Gap Between Practicing and Teaching
You’ve found your practice. Now you’re ready to share it — but knowing how to do a pose and knowing how to teach it safely, sequentially, and inclusively to every body in the room are two very different things.
Most aspiring yoga teachers find themselves:
- Cueing poses they can do themselves but struggling to explain alignment clearly
- Unsure how to modify for students with injuries, limited mobility, or trauma histories
- Building sequences that feel random rather than intentional and therapeutic
- Unfamiliar with how posture and movement connect to nervous system regulation
- Lacking the confidence to hold a room and lead with authority
Without a functional, trauma-informed foundation, teachers default to mimicry — leading classes the way they were taught rather than meeting students where they are.
What You’ll Learn in This Module
In the Asana module, you’ll go beyond the poses themselves. Led by Evan “Eazy” Hall — 200-Hour Yoga Instructor, Power-Informed Yoga Educator, Inclusive Movement Specialist, and Trauma-Informed Facilitator — you’ll develop the skills to teach with both technical precision and genuine inclusivity.
Through the Aspire Power-Informed Yoga methodology, you’ll learn:
- Functional mobility approach — how the body actually moves, not just how poses are supposed to look
- Intelligent sequencing — building classes with therapeutic intention and nervous system awareness
- Inclusive modifications — adapting every pose so every body belongs in your room
- Trauma-informed facilitation — holding space that empowers rather than overwhelms
